I started off the day with oatmeal and fruit then questioned whether I should be eating the oatmeal during the challenge. My goal is to lose weight. I was going to limit my grains to breakfast which would either be 1oz of dry oats or a slice of Ezekiel bread. Of course there would be fruits and vegetables to go along with it. I’ll try it for a couple of weeks. If it is not working, I’ll cut it out. This was my breakfast today. It looks like a bowl of fruit but there are some overnight oats underneath it all.
