Terri, I have similar questions regarding the grains. I do know that some people have much better success when they remove grains from their diet but I’m thinking I will try with them first as well. I do know that grains and particularly bread products can cause cravings for me so I plan to monitor myself closely. As an aside your breakfast looks delish!

I weighed myself today so I can monitor my progress as we go. I’d love to lose a good chunk but I’m most excited about getting rid of the cravings and focusing on my health. I know the weight will be a natural result of focusing on my health and well being!
