Thank you. Your video defiantly helped me as my will power was weakening at day’s end. I like to make a starch dish every week, but make 1/3rd if it veg and a 1/3rd beans. It feels like I’m having a giant portion of starch, but it’s mostly the best stuff. Sometimes a half cup or whole cup of starch can be that treat that keeps me strong. On days I don’t need I don’t eat it. Maybe for the fall challenge I’ll try and limit it more, if I don’t lose weight keeping it in.
