Day 2 was better than the 1st. Breakfast was a green smoothie with flax and lunch was greens topped with roasted veg followed up with some fruit. Dinner was quinoa and black beans with raw veg, pico and nutritarian sour cream. Oh and I also had a side of sauteed arugula with dinner and some banana nice cream. Wow it sure sounds like a lot of food when I type it all out.
I need to get some nice herbal teas for night time cravings as I find it really helps. I’m jealous of those who are in the US and can get the tumeric tea Bethany recommends! Does anyone have any other tea recommendations that I might be able to find in Canada?
