Breakfast was a green smoothie and lunch a big salad with beans and hummus dressing. Dinner was lentil pasta and cauliflower. I definitely overate the pasta which makes me think i should lay off bean pasta during the challenge given my tendency. It’s really too bad because my Costco just got some awesome bean pasta for cheap!
