I did 6 weeks of Eat To Live before joining this challenge. In my first 6 weeks 99% of my meals were Eat To Live but I had weekend snack treats. Due to chips I only lost 2 lbs in my first 6 week challenge.
First week with your guys there was some prepared dishes with some honey and oil but still a huge improvement over potatoe chips, so I give myself a pass for that. This week I have plans on how to avoid that food. Progress not perfection.
I lost 3 lbs in my first week with th you guys. New goal 9-10 lbs total competing 21 full days, of which I count the last week as the first 7 days.
