9 days in 4 lbs down. WooHoo! I am eating up to a cup of starch most days, but that cup makes me happy and helps me stick to the program. I do notice that on the one days I left it out I lost a whole pound. I’ll try and judge each day wether I want it or not.
No yoga yesterday so did full hour today over 3 sessions and 30 minutes of meditation over 4 sessions. The little Mindfullness moments are what help me stay calm and on the plan.
