My day 10 had a big fat fail this morning. I ended up in a meeting that went long off site and I didn’t have my food. It happens. I moved on. Which still shocks me as I don’t normally get over that kind of stuff. Came home and ate my pound of cooked non starch veg that needed to be cleaned up and some berries. I know the plan works to my dreams so I know tommorow I’ll kick right back into weight loss.
I know @Mrs.LoveChard has mentioned keeping Lara Bars in her bag any other suggestions for Nutritarian food to keep on you for emergencies?
