Kimberly, I find that I do much better if I carry fruit with me! I’m always running to some activity with the kids and don’t always have time for a meal when I’m hungry but an apple will hold me over until I can eat something more substantial. Black bean brownies also do the trick 🙂

I have not been on track the past couple of days. The long weekend threw me off big time and I had some wine and bread, ugh!

Back at it and trying to look forward and focus on why I’m doing this. Trying to keep it simple and focus on getting the food right instead of being perfect. Still sticking with the 6 week principles for sure but trying to have a more simple perspective.
