Day 12 and I’m finding that after having a non-Nutritarian meal on Day 10 breakfast I’m having to detox all over again. Staying positive, meditating, and hoping that the new course coming out today will help me get over the hump again. That and cacao smoothies. Hope your all doing well. The stress of the first week back makes it both harder and more important to stick to the Nutritarian foods.
