My days start well – fruit, smoothies, overnight oats. I’m starving by 11am and eat a giant salad. Maybe a smoothie. Veggies and hummus. By 3pm I can barely keep it together and then dinner time is a mess 😭😭😭 Tonight, I had Chipotle. I crave the comfort food in the evenings and can’t seem to get past it!
I have my lunch packed for tomorrow as I work, and I will leave my money behind so I don’t end up in the cafeteria. Hopefully I can prep a little more on Saturday and have foods I look forward to in the evening to keep me on track
