@Shenna83 I find having a Smoothy for the 3-5 craving window helps. Generally with cacao and almond butter. Those feel like a chocolate bar to me.

Also making sure I save the best for supper. I prep 2 days a week for the entire week. So I know I’m coming home to roast veg and a Nutritarian burger or tofu fingers with honey mustar sauce.

I’m 8lbs down. I’ll think of you tommorow while I try toresost toxic hunger. Last time it took me 3 days 100% to get over the hump.
