Day 14. Isn’t that crazy. So I’m thinking my goal for the next 7 days needs to be realistic and health oriented. It’s back to school time for our little one, who’s at a new school and having a head transition. It’s my girlie time of the month. For 7 days I just want to eat Nutritarian foods. If I eat extra starch, ok. Want more cacao Smoothy, ok. I think this will still move me forward on kicking my addictions, as it’s still huge progress for me, and just more realistic goal for this one week. Hope everyone has a relaxing weekend.
