I’ve been trying to commit to having 6 cups of salad evey day for lunch. My understanding is that’s my 1 pound of raw vegtables a day. It’s nice to tick it off early so I can focus on something warmer and more filling for supper. Latley week day supper is always a vegtable bean soup, my 4 walnuts, and some fruit and herbal tea. One of my favourite things about fall is definatly soup.
