@Debbie The grocery store is a tempting place. Lars bars are a good grocery store treat to buy. I have the habit of always buying a treat when I go, so now I need to make it Nutritarian.
For tofu fingers I just slice up tofu, dip in nutritional yeast, sprinkle with some no salt seasoning, and roast in the oven. There great to dip in sauces like you would fries or chicken fingers. I keep them and banana nice cream in my freezer for tempting times.
