@kim not much you can do to scare me! 😉 I just wanted to make sure you are ALSO getting in other fruits. Berries are king, then citrus and red/purple flesh fruits [if we’re looking at micronutrient density AND weight loss]. Then feel free to fill in with any other fruit, bananas induced. 🙂 If this smoothie is your chocolate bar… go for it. Keep it. You an always branch out later.
