Day 12. Yay 2 more days until 14 days of detox from CRAP.
In August I had been working up to having a 16 eating fast overnight every night. When school started back up I was to worried to do this and went back to my old hour. I’ve been working on being done eating by 6pm. Today was my first day not eating until 10am. The last hour and a half my stomach was defiantly more noticeable detoxing, but I made it totally fine so new goal on my @SarahRose Daily Habit tracker is to not eat until 10am.
