11 days to go and my weight seems to be stuck. I’m thinking I need to cut out the grains, starchy vegetables and bananas, and try just for a lot of non starch vegetables, greens, low GL fruit, and beans, nut and seeds. Anyone have any advice for breaking through a plateau? I don’t think I’m over consuming nuts and seeds but I might be getting up to 2 cups of beans/lentils a day.
