Day 12. I ended up driving around like crazy yesterday without my lunch. I had to go to a market that happened to have vegetable rice wraps. At the time I thought great and grabbed one. Now I’m wondering if the rice wraps we see through the health community are a Nutritarian no-no as there always white? I think it’s one of those situation where you aim for the 100%, so that when your forced to chose something less than perfect, but still a fairly healthy option, your ok. Or am I totally wrong, and white rice wraps are a Nutritarian fail?
