Today I had the required bio screening at my workplace. My weight was 198 so I have finally fallen below that 200 lb wall. After my phone conversation with Bethany this week, I stopped adding any nuts to my meal. The only nuts I ate were an ingredient within a food such as cashews in the nutritarian sour cream and the almonds in almond milk. I have a hard time controlling the amount of nuts when I sprinkle them on my salad or any other dish. I did not add nuts to anything this week. I think it made a difference.
On another note…even though I had stellar biometics, I am still considered “at risk” because of my weight and BMI. This means I am required to go through wellness counseling in order to receive the annual insurance incentive. It’s $600 dollars so I go to the counseling. I just hate being labeled.
