Day 13 I think was my first nailed it Nutritarian day. For the last 5 years I’ve sipped of 64 ounces of very green all produce Smoothy until a late lunch. Today I only had 16ounces at 9:45am, then vegetable lentil soup with raspberries at noon, followed by a giant salad tipped with bean burger patty and cantelope at 5.
I thought I was doing fine with detox cravings, but cutting back on my Smoothy, sticking to just eating 3 times, was probably the worst detox day i’ve gone through. Also a really strong sign that it was the right move as I was obviously slowing down my detox before.
