Day 34/42 today was the first day I didn’t have toxic hunger until me designated breakfast time. I was walking around the store thinking everything looked tasty, and I realized I’d gone 16.5 hours without eating. The previous few days I had windows were I had to remind myself that I wasn’t starving, that the feeling in my stomach meant I was detoxing, and that was a good thing I didn’t want to stop.
I did notice my stomac at 3 so i’m very excited to have my soup now. Yes, not having snacks does make your meals taste better.
