I am on Day 8, and I am liking the change… but still getting use to the, what seems like HUGE change that my life and my body are going through. I am not having too many physical symptoms, but I am still having trouble getting used to the taste of everything. Somethings like tofu and green smoothies are not bad, but beans are still giving me a hard time. I am kinda of frustrated today because I am kind of hit or miss on my salads. I am either eating ALL of my salad like it is the best thing in the world or I am taking 2 bites and HATE it and have to throw it out. I hate wasting food like that… is this still a part of my taste buds re-growing. is there anything I can do to make this easier for me?
