Day 18.
I’ve been very confused about green tea. I’ve read caffeine is bad and I’ve also read antioxidants in green tea are good.

Page 248 The End of Heart Disease by Joel Fuhrman; “It is important not to consume more than a very limited amount of caffeine, as it will enhance withdrawal symptoms (toxic hunger), making it much harder to not eat.”

I don’t need harder. Time to switch to decaf green tea.
