For caffeinated teas, I definitely suggest to limit like Dr. Fuhrman says. Green tea has amazing health benefits but for the most part, it’s suggested that we are not relying on it for energy or to function. Basically, have no dependence on it. I’ll have a glass or two a few times a month maybe, but it’s not a staple.
