Yesterday I ate a large salad with beans and Nutritarian dressing at 11;30, with Chia pudding and raspberries for dessert. Than from 4:30 to 5:30 I ate Nutritarian pasta Marinara and banana nice cream with raspberries.
First day meeting The End of Heart Disease eating windows. Supper went great. Brunch was a bit weird, after I finished eating I still felt something in my stomach (toxic hunger?). I pushed through and it eventually went away. So today’s i’ll stay tough.
