All of the above. It is definatly easier at a home gathering. Then I just bring something to share. I try to look at the menu of the places I go and try to make a plan before I go. It is the having a drink and the additive fried crap that I struggle with.
I try not to beat myself up too bad but its more for my health that I’m doing this. I’ve had a very busy last couple of months and have fallen completely off the band wagon. So I need to get back on track and get some weight off.
