Awhile back I remembered reading about a vegan athlete that used cannalini beans in his morning smoothies. Since I just learned about how unnecessary protein powder is, and that I also needed to up my bean intake, I decided to try it.
I can get 1/2 my bean intake in my smoothie! It’s not bad at all. Kills the sweetness and flavor of the berries and fruit, but hey. It saves me some time chomping down all those beans!
