My goal is to finally fully commit to this lifestyle. Whether out to eat, at friends’ houses, or traveling, I want to take out the guesswork. I’m sick of debating with myself, “will today be a cheat meal/day?”.
I want to forget the scale and focus on what my body can DO, not what it looks like. I am super active, and want as much confidence, energy, and strength/stamina I can get to pursue the activities I love 🙂
