My overall goal for myself is to be kind and forgiving to myself as I transition to this lifestyle.
Greens, greens, greens….at least one big ginormous salad full of veggies with a COMPLIANT dressing
Beans….gotta get those beans in
Move….every day. At least a 20 minute walk, a bit of stretching or yoga on days when I don’t have tennis
Lay OFFA the dairy and sugar!
