I want to be ED free, manage an acceptable weight that I am comfortable with through healthy guilt- free eating
I want to get back into physical activity that supports my body & makes me feel good
I want to reduce alcohol consumption & reliance on it in social situations
I want to resolve my work/career situation
I want to nurture positive friendships & relationships & discard those that are a negative drain
