Meal prep twice a week in a way that is manageable for me – I like simple vs. elaborate (so maybe 1-2 new recipes a week, not 1-2 a day)
Three meals a day – no snacking
More veggies! Nail my salad game especially
Drink only water and herbal or green tea. I gave up Diet Coke years ago – but still drinking Vitamin Water Zero and Bai drinks.
Ultimately lose 35-40 pounds. I’ll take it in increments – but I need to get there
Hold my head high on the way to my goal weight instead of feeling ashamed and uncomfortable in my skin
Forgive myself for the weight gain
Wow, Hilary. I simply love this. I can tell that you have your mental game on LOCK for a few reasons: talking about ultimate end goals with no specific date attached to it and forgiveness for weight gain. Both of these allow you to be human and enjoy the journey. So glad you’re here!
