I just started adding pomegranate seeds and organic pinapple-sweetened hot sauce to my salads and I’m in love.
Old diets used to tell me that fruit was a no-no. Whoever genuinely became unhealthy eating a ton of fruit?
The salad pictured is:
-Tuscan Kale (Wegman’s)
-Baby Spinach
-Pomegranate Seeds
-Radishes
-Chopped up baby carrots
-Chopped zucchini
-Naked toasted pumpkin seeds
-Naked toasted sunflower seeds
-Dr. Fuhrman recipe Almond Vinaigrette (balsamic, raisins, soaked almonds, spices)
I am eating more variety and finding it easier now that I’m in a routine. WHAT???? I never thought I’d see this day. HUGE WIN!
