So my husband is completely oblivious to how the whole nutrition thing works. He’s picked up a few bits of information here and there but manages to string them together into the oddest conclusions. I’m good no to bribe him to listen to one audio book, but am not sure which one. I’m considering EAT TO LIVE, HOW NOT TO DIE or FASTFOOD GENOCIDE. (I’ve only read ETL.)
Which book is the best for basic, inspiring information that doesn’t get overly complicated?
I think How Not To Die is better received by men generally. The audio book is narrated by Dr. Greger himself, which is a plus cause he’s so charismatic, matter of fact, informative, easy to listen/relate to, and humorous at the same time. That would be my vote.
Hubs will not read anything I put in front of him. I’ve put cookbooks out with recipes highlighted (but only the ones with pictures) and he has not responded. Thaks for the recommendation.
