If I had to guess at how much weight I’d have to lose, I’d say 60-70 pounds, but I’m not sure. I want to be happy with my body composition so that may be more or less than the goal I have in mind. The ultimate goal is to be healthy and have more energy!
You rock, Melissa! Love that you talk about the ultimate goals being healthy and having more energy. By focusing on the health/nutrition first, all of the rest should easily fall in line: energy, weight loss, etc.
