– Feed true huger, or toxic hunger or cravings
– Intermittent fasting every day, typically from 8pm-2pm
– 10k step minimum at least 5 days a week
– Yoga at least 5 days a week
I keep meaning to ask this. I like to have my 5-6 cups salad for lunch. Does salad as the main dish mean I should have another giant salad for supper? Or salad is the main dish just once a day?
