So I made the mushroom gravy last night from the recipe section and it’s awesome! I love that I can use a little bit each day to make sure I get my mushrooms in since I don’t always remember to add them to my cooked dishes. Other than the obvious, what does everyone put it on?? I have it on plain lentils right now and it’s okay but not awesome. There is neat recipe for mashed cauliflower and brussel sprouts in the new quick and easy cookbook I might try it on.
Anything else that is good with a dollop of mushroom gravy?
I’m glad you love the gravy! Below are some suggestions:
– add vegetable broth, celery, cauliflower, onions, parsley, etc. and make a creamy mushroom soup
– mixed with green beans and topped with Nutritarian Parmesan and homemade crumbled sprouted grain toast
– with bean noodles
– over cauliflower and onions is awesome!
