I first learned about this lifestyle through a book my son’s babysitter recommended called “Eat To Live.” It was then where I learned that what we eat really has so much to do with our health. The book inspired me to put healthy food into my lifestyle so I could accomplish my whys which are losing weight to feel good and to be happy with what I look like in the mirror. I just lost my dad because he didn’t care about the food he was putting in his body. I want to see my son grow up so I want to do this to be around a long time for him. I am doing this to be healthy and not sick.
