That sounds awesome!!! I’ve been experimenting quite a bit lately with subbing beans for nuts in many condiments and have been successful almost every time. If you are wanting to lower your nut/seed consumption, I bet 1/4 cup white beans or chickpeas and 1/4 cup pine nuts or just 1/2 cup of beans and no nuts would still be incredible and much lower in calories/cheaper. Let me know if you try it. 🙂
