– Eat 2-3 meals a day – no snacking (sometimes I have trouble with this!)
– Eat a whole food, plant-based diet
– Eliminate refined sugars, oils, dairy, processed foods
– Limit salt
– Drink 32 oz of water a day
– Lose 30# by the end of March, 50# by the end of June
– Prep my toppers on the weekends
– Post at least once a day on NN

INPUT goals [something YOU can 100% control, also called action steps]:
– Eat a whole food, plant-based diet

All of those things will yield your OUTCOME goal of weight loss… 10 pounds, then 20 then 30 then 50! The weight loss WILL come when your body gets there and by focusing on the input goals. Taking the “by a certain date” piece out of it can be super healthy for our mindset, outlook, and make this all seem less stressful.
