Thought I would share how my yoga practice grew today:
I did two slide planks today and all the planks in the practice! I was so happy and amazed at my body for being able to hold two side planks! It felt so empowering! At the beginning of this year when I started practicing yoga I could hardly hold a plank pose but I am doing side planks – oh the power of yoga and my body are strong! 😉
And I am planning on trying a new breakfast(s) soon:
Going to be switching out my normal breakfast cereal with oatmeal! Starting small but will build upon that! Will for sure share how it goes! 🙂
Kayla, this is so amazing! I am loving your growth and sharing. Side planks are soooo tough and you are killing it! your dedication will take you so far. Load up that oatmeal with fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, seeds, and love! <3
Thank you so much @Bethany!!! Yes side planks are super hard! I was in such awe that I was doing them! And if felt so amazing! And thank you for the suggestions on the oatmeal! Will be sure to try them out! Excited for the new breakfast! 🙂
