@karengersch will be starting another round of a 100 Day Challenge. Last time, she crushed it! Who wants to join her for accountability, inspiration, sharing, etc.?
These challenges will vary from person to person. Typically and generally speaking, we focus on whole food, plant-based eating for 100 straight days. No animal products, oil, refined sugar, or refined grains.
Those who have excess weight to lose may also choose to limit things like smoothies, nuts and seeds/butters, avocados, coconut, and dates. Some may choose to eliminate starchy veggies and/or whole grains. Totally up to you… you can always tweak and fine tune!
***The basic goal is 100% whole plant foods for 100 days!***

I would like to join the 100 day challenge, I really need to buckle down to loose weight. I’m 100% compliant but I need to give up high fat foods. It’s hard for me to ask for help, but I will need it if I want to succeed to get to my goal weight. Do we have a start date?
We’re gonna start Monday! I will get recourses and links and info to you ladies in the next few days to make sure you’re all set!
