My son had McDonald’s French fries for his birthday. We don’t normally let him have Cancer fries but birthdays are exceptions. French fries and chocolate chip cookies used to be my absolute favourite food.

Dr F says after a couple years Nutritarian your immune system can heal and allergies can go away. Good long term motivation.
Plus stuffing my face with this much food, and weighing less than I ever have since I entered my teens.
Ever since I was a kid I wanted to be the oldest living person on the planet. I love learning about Centurians and how the live.

At some point we will all be tested to go off Plan. For some of us we are far enough into our journey that SAD foods pull is no longer an issue; instead nuts and dried fruit pulls us off.
