For most of 2017, I’ve been getting my organizational life together… kind of! 😉
Towards the beginning of the year I was really wanting to be more mindful, more focused, and more… “on the ball.”
At first, I didn’t think this was for me, but I soon fell in love with checking stuff off, making sure I reached my daily “non-negotiables”, and really started to feel like a BOSS. Not only do I have a better handle on my days, I FEEL better overall.

By doing this, I’m able to see patterns in my day. Does a day filled with salads, yoga, and a morning walk translate to feeling energetic and positive? For me, yes, absolutely.
