Monthly Nutrition + Lifestyle Tracker

For most of 2017, I’ve been getting my organizational life together… kind of! 😉

Towards the beginning of the year I was really wanting to be more mindful, more focused, and more… “on the ball.”

One of my business besties and Nutribabe Nation member, @sarahrose of The Mindful Productivity Corner, introduced me to habit and goal tracking.

At first, I didn’t think this was for me, but I soon fell in love with checking stuff off, making sure I reached my daily “non-negotiables”, and really started to feel like a BOSS. Not only do I have a better handle on my days, I FEEL better overall.

In addition to daily goals [nutrition, exercise, personal/lifestyle, and business], I also add emotions:

  • Happy
  • Overwhelmed
  • Calm
  • Tired/Bored
  • Frustrated
  • Energetic
  • Anxious
  • Excited
  • Positive

By doing this, I’m able to see patterns in my day. Does a day filled with salads, yoga, and a morning walk translate to feeling energetic and positive? For me, yes, absolutely.

Print these babies out and create your ideal day. I keep my copy stapled together in my office where I spend most of my time.

    So I’m totally going to use this! And il be tracking how I feel with baby! This is so great and after baby is here I’ll track my new goals and progress. Thank you so much! I wanted to crest a system for days when I’m nauseous, tired, eating healthy….or not….and how it all makes me feel.
