Sweet Potato Hummus

Sweet potatoes, chickpeas, sesame seeds with a twist of curry and cumin.

 2 cups chickpeas/garbanzo beans
 1 ½ cups cooked sweet potato
 2 tbsp sesame seeds
 12 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
 1 tbsp raw tahini*
 2 cloves of garlic
 1 tsp curry powder
 ½ tsp ground cumin
 ½ tsp paprika
  cup water**

Combine all ingredients into a high powered food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Top with a few extra sesame seeds.

NOTES

*Tahini is sesame seed paste. This can be found in most grocery stores either in their health food department or ethnic food aisle.

**Use more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
