Mixed Baby Greens Salad

Mr. Love Chard made us this delicious salad bowl!

Measurements are his estimates after we demolished it! So good. Feel free to add any leftovers or anything else that you'd like. Hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, or toasted chickpeas would be a good addition for crunch. 🙂

 2 cups chopped romaine
 1 chopped baby lettuces
 1 chopped baby spinach
 small handful chopped baby arugula
 ½ cup Broccoli slaw
 small handful broccoli sprouts
 3 slices red onion, chopped
 1 cup Leftover oven-roasted veggies [mushrooms, sweet onions, purple carrots, celery, eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash]
 1 Roma tomato, chopped
 ¼ Avocado
 2 tbsp Cooked brown rice
 Dollop Nutritarian sour cream
 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
 1 tbsp Pomegranate vinegar
