So good, we served them at our wedding!
This is an adaption from Dr. Furhman's recipe. I add sweet potato, almond extract, and ground flax seeds to mine. I LIVED on this babies when I first started this lifestyle!

Blend all ingredients in a high powered bender, such an a Vitamix or other food processor.
Add a tablespoon or 2 of warm water if needed, but the batter is supposed to be very thick.
Line 9ร13 glass baking dish with parchment paper and form into the pan.
Bake on 320 for 45-ish minutes. I cook a little longer to make the top a little crisp, then itโs like a cookie. ๐
Store them in the fridge with a lid overnight to help them "set" and serve cold or warm with a class of plant-based milk.
These also keep in the freezer well. Cut up in individual squares in baggies for each grab-and-go.

I’m curious how the non-nutritatians liked them? I need something for family get-togethers.
The people who are open to them love them! Others who are a little more close-minded have turned their nose up if they know they are made of beans. Just depends. Adding more dates tends to win more of the non-Nutritarians over. ๐
Yes! Thank you for posting! (And thank you also for posting on my thread the other day).
How do you make these without seriously upsetting your blender? I have a vitamix and it was definitely unhappy and I could smell the motor. I ended up having to add almost a cup of liquid to get through the blending and it was still kinda chunky in parts. They’re in the oven so I can’t speak to the finished product yet ๐
I have a smaller blender and usually do in 4 small batches, not all at once. Then stir in a large bowl after. Once I had @zane mash everything in zip-lock bags haha
Can you tell me how many brownies this is supposed to make? Thanks!
Totally up to you! I usually do about 20-24 or so pieces.
