BBQ Cauliflower Wings

OH YES... BBQ cauliflower wings with Tangy BBQ Sauce!

Yea... I think we'll keep the air fryer. We got the NuWave Air Fryer. The "frying" basket is on the small side, but it does the job. We'll eventually upgrade to one with a bigger basket. We got ours from Bed, Bath, and Beyond for $80 plus tax with the 20% off coupon. Also available on Amazon.

Enjoy these babies with Jalapeno Ranch.

*NOTE: You can also bake in the oven on parchment paper on 275-300 degrees F until tender and slightly crispy... about 60ish minutes for our desired texture.

If dehydrating, dehydrate at 115 degrees F for 12-18 hours, or until desired crunchiness. The longer you dehydrate, the crunchier your cauliflower will get.
