"Wings"
 1 head raw cauliflower, broken into bite sized floret
Tangy BBQ Sauce
 2 large vine ripe tomato or 4 roma tomatoes [about 2 cup chopped]
 1 cup natural ketchup or tomato paste [no sugar or high fructose corn syrup added, low sodium or no-salt added]
 4 pitted medjool dates [5 for more sweetness]
 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 1 tbsp ground mustard powder
 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
 1 tsp coconut aminos [or ½ teaspoon liquid aminos]
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 ½ tsp ground ginger
 ¼ tsp chili powder
  tsp black pepper
 1 pinch white pepper
 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Break 1 head of cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Cover well in a batch of Tangy BBQ Sauce.

Air fry on 250 degrees for about 35 minutes. This time will depend on how big the florets are and also how crispy or chewy you want them.
