Chips + Guacamole

Even our non-plat-eating friends can't resist this guac! Super easy to make and enjoyed by all. We take a large bowl to share at BBQ's, tail gates, game nights... Mrs. Love Chard has even smuggled some into the bowling alley.

Note: If you are currently in weight loss mode, consider limiting yourself to less than 1/2 avocado per day due to the higher fat/calorie content. Healthy fats such as avocados, nuts, and seeds should be eaten every day, but it's important to not eat them in excess when you have weight to lose.

How about some chips to go along with it?! We make our chips with either whole sprouted grain tortillas or organic corn tortillas [Trader Joe's and Whole Foods each have corn tortillas that only include corn, water, and trace of lime].

Tortilla Chip Instructions: Break apart and place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Be sure to take them out when they start to brown as they continue to crisp for a minute or two out of the oven.
